What is your refund policy?
You pay Masterly a retainer fee to cover all services provided. The first retainer is non-refundable. All the services you may receive will be outlined in your online portal for your convenience. If any additional expenses are incurred by Masterly in performance of your services, you will be billed separately for those.
Upon your 30 day notice your account will be reviewed for outstanding deliverables. You will need to pay for all work performed at the desired rate.
