Will I own the design and deliverables for my project?
Yes. We will provide all deliverables in industry standard formats, along with the source files upon final payment. They belong to you. We will keep a copy on file, should you need it for additional work. We retain the right to display our work under our own portfolio for marketing and other strategic purposes. If you don’t want your material to be included in our strategic assets and/or marketing portfolio, this must be communicated in writing prior to the start of the project.
