All ongoing tasks and projects can be viewed in your client portal. Within your client dashboard, your account manager will write updates and post deliverables for your review and approval.

You can call, email, or text your account manager at any time. There is a module in your client portal with all the different communication methods easily accessible. We highly recommend that you set up "check-in" meetings to ensure you get timely responses. Outside of meetings set - your account manager does weekly updates via email.
